Welcome to the 32nd ICM Virtual Triennial Congress

There are three key section areas within the 32nd ICM Virtual Triennial Congress for Industry partners:

Sponsorship packages: provide the highest return on investment, and exposure. Packages range from Gold to Friends and can include visibility on the virtual meeting platform, industry satellites, industry commercial pitches, free registrations, access to Congress demographics. Each package comes with a virtual booth, which can be customised to secure maximum exposure.

Industry symposia sessions: companies can have a 60-minute or 30-minute slot for a commercial presentation. This can be part of a package (Gold, Silver and Bronze) or booked separately. Symposia are highlighted within the meeting programme and hosted in the same online meeting rooms as the scientific sessions. Slots are allocated according to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Online virtual exhibition: giving access to exhibition booths, documents, videos, chatting, etc. This section offers great networking opportunities and connectivity with event attendees. Available to all potential sponsors and included in Friends package and above. 

Note: All sponsors/exhibitors will be acknowledged on the break slides.

All bookings should be confirmed by 30 April 2021.
